The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in late at night. The room was spacious and clean.

I really liked the shower! Lots of pressure, easy to adjust the temperature. Also, the shampoo and soap provided smelled wonderful. The blackout curtains were excellent at keeping the room dark, and there were not too many annoying glowing electronics inside the room. The location was in a quiet but not inconvenient neighborhood, close to two subway lines. The room was small but not insanely so -- this is Tokyo, after all. Everything was clean and orderly.

The hotel is very clean with everything you would need. The lobby is very bright and has a huge dining area with microwave if you want to buy a bento from the Lawson across the street. The staff is very friendly and is used to communicate with visitors so English speaker is not a problem. They also sell Sim card if you didn't buy one at the airport. The room is small (I think this is normal in Japan) but has everything you need and very well thought out. However all the outlets only has 2-prongs which I cannot charge my laptop. When I mention this to the front desk they immediately let me borrow an adaptor. The bathroom is equip with lotion, shower gel and shampoo. But you can also pick up a lot ơf basic amenities in the lobby - tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving cream, bath salts. Everything you would and wouldn't think of. There are two magnets on the door that you can let the cleaning staff know whether you need cleaning or not each day. And in the closet they even have a deodorizing spray to get rid of the smell if you had a night out at the yakiniku. Everything just scream thoughtfulness and convenient. They also have a restaurant that only serve omakase dinner and it does need reservation. Update 9/14/2023: I have had a chance to stay at a couple more hotels in Japan. I now firmly believe that the room size at the Koko Hotel is quite generous. The other places that I have stayed at since then is smaller or much much smaller.

The hotel is situated in a quieter neighborhood where locals eat, work and play - This gave us an authentic feel of Tokyo as a city. There are many restaurants nearby. However, it is about a 7-10min walk to Ningyocho metro station which is the main metro to take to go to central Tokyo - We didn't find this an issue, as we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds and the city noise. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and of Tokyo Tower too. The amenities station is excellent, providing us with bath salts, razors, makeup pads etc. The room is a little small, but the space is well-used to provide a bath which was much needed to soak and relax in after a long day of walking.

The hotel is close to the metro line S (4 min walk), line A (Haneda airport), H and Z (10 min walk), it means you can easily go anywhere. The bathroom is big enough and has a bath.

The location is great, near the subway anв there is also a park. It located in a relatively quite neighborhood, not a touristic one. There were a lot of places to eat- from convent stores to the small Japanese cuisine places.

I pondered over many hotels before booking this one and I'm glad I made the right choice as it really made our holiday special. I found the size and quality of the room exceptional,I shared the Deluxe Twin room with my son and he was delighted with the facilities and loved the view from the big windows overlooking the 5 lane one way road which is surprisingly quiet. The lavatory being separate and down a short hallway which can also be closed off with a sliding door was a nice feature too. The beds were very comfortable, medium to firm but not hard at all they even have a topper on the mattress and the sheets are of good quality immaculately made up every day by the excellent service staff. I must mention how all the staff we encountered were very polite, well spoken and helpful. Again with the room I had the best sleep in years I'm not joking my fitbit stats back this up, the black out blinds are amazing coupled with the already mentioned comfy bed and quiet area it's perfect for good rest. I did take my own pillow but there are two different soft and firm pillows provided and the room also has very good temperature control albeit the air a little dry . As for exploring Tokyo itself a useful line justice 1min away will take you directly to Shinjuku and there are 3 other stations a short walk away so every area is connected. From Haneda airport we used the Tcat to the terminal which took us 15min to walk as we crossed in the wrong place originally but a nice 10 min walk when we knew where we were going on the way back and that was with four case's as we shopped a lot p.s. the four large cases were no problem in the room either. All in all this is the perfect place to stay and I will surely be returning.

We booked a Moderate Double Room for our stay, which had a bed size of 150cm that was just about right for two people. The housekeeping staff impressed us by changing the bed sheets daily, which is quite uncommon in most hotels. Although the wardrobe only had space for three dawn jackets, we found a large drawer underneath the sofa that proved useful for storing our belongings. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and bath. To avoid cluttering up the room, we were able to store our unused suitcases at the reception. All in all, we had a comfortable and convenient stay.

When I travel, I tend to choose accommodation very carefully. A hotel is like home when traveling, and if I don't like even one thing, I won't be comfortable throughout the trip. So, I chose this hotel after carefully checking the photos provided by the hotel, actual reviews on Booking.com, Google reviews, and photos taken by guests, and I am very satisfied with the results. #guest room Although it was not clearly visible in the photo provided by Booking.com, there was a full-length mirror and a generously sized closet in the room. The bed was also comfortable. #bathroom The bathroom is also somewhat small, but has a separate shower booth and bathtub. I liked that the most. #View From the superior twin room I stayed in, you can't see the Skytree in front, but if you stand by the window and turn your head, you can see a glimpse of the Skytree. #etc Disposable supplies can be brought and used in the lobby. The 14-story building has three elevators, making it convenient to use. There is a scale in the lobby so you can weigh your luggage in advance before going to the airport. Transportation is also convenient. Shinjuku Line Hamacho Station is a 3-minute walk away. Ningyocho Station and Higashi Nihonbashi Station are within a 10-minute walk. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, and Daiso around the hotel and subway station. Overall, compared to other similarly priced hotels in downtown Tokyo, I think I made a very reasonable choice. I think I will use this hotel next time I visit Tokyo.
